• Take junction 10 of M4 on to the A329M. Follow signs to Bracknell and Wokingham.
  
• Take first exit off A329M, again signposted to Bracknell and Wokingham.
  
• At roundabout, take 3rd exit on to A329 towards Wokingham.
  
• Follow the A329 into Wokingham Town Centre.
  
• Once in the Town Centre, stay in left hand lane of one-way system.
  
• DO NOT take first left turn towards Crowthorne.
  
• Continue to traffic lights and take left-hand filter lane signposted A321, Sandhurst and Camberley.
  
• Straight over mini-roundabout and then straight on (2nd exit) at next roundbout, still signposted A321, Sandhurst and Camberley.
  
• Continue under railway bridge and straight on at mini-roundabout, with TESCO on your left.
  
• Under another railway bridge and then turn right at mini-roundabout immediately after the bridge, into Molly Millars Lane.
  
• Continue for about ½ mile then turn left into Fishponds Road immediately after MURCO garage on your left.
  
• Continue to the end of Fishponds Road where the road turns to the left and becomes Oaklands Park.
  
• Continue almost to the end of Oaklands Park and Imperial House is on the left hand side.
